Cancellation policy

At LOW-KI, we strive to process your order and ship your products as quickly as possible. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your order. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with Shopify's guidelines for order cancellation.

Please note that if an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may choose to not accept the delivery, but please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund

If your cancellation request is approved and the payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Credit card fees and other card charges are not refunded.

Please note that Shopify has defined processes for handling cancellations, including options for refunding now or later, depending on the status of the order. Additionally, if a product is marked as final sale, it cannot be returned or cancelled according to Shopify's return policies.
