FoodTech Innovation Forum 2024

FoodTech Innovation Forum 2024

On November 12 this year, this year's edition of the FoodTech Innovation Forum , FTI 2024, was held. In retrospect, it can safely be said that it was a fast-paced day with a lot of visitors - more specifically, over 500 guests and 30 represented companies.

The day took place in Slagthuset, Malmö. There, LOW-KI had the opportunity to exhibit in a booth. Above all, we managed to reach out to new people who were interested in knowing more about our product and how it can create real value, both for those interested in training but also for people who simply want to live a healthier life.

On hand to represent LOW-KI were Sebri and Celine, as co-founder Robin had unfortunately contracted an illness and was therefore unable to attend. He had FOMO and rightly so - the networking, the food, the event and the people made the event something you simply didn't want to miss!

It was worth mentioning that in addition to the food companies that were represented, there were incubators and partners in place to network and possibly reduce the gap between capital and entrepreneurs that is all too often a wedge in the wheel of small businesses. Among others, Almi , I nnovation Skåne , Invest in Skåne, among others, were present.

We actively worked on organic marketing. We believe in reaching out to our customers by being there. Have face-to-face conversations. Ask for feedback, and what we can improve or what customers want to see next. Considering that we are not a SaaS or similar, but a physical product that is consumed, we believe it is important to be there physically and ask: was it good? which flavor did you like the most? That way we learn directly from the source and can improve immediately.
