This logistics thing... To say the least, a mountain to climb.
LOW-KI is preparing for a new launch soon, and this time there will be even better quality flakes and much faster delivery time.
When we first launched back in August, we were getting orders right away. But we had no experience with delivery and logistics. We had to take it as it came, and simply learn how to make sure customers got their packages. We formed a partnership with PostNord, bought packaging, packing tape, tape dispensers, shipping labels... you name it .
Despite our best efforts, we didn't reach the standard we wanted. Some customers simply had to wait too long. This was mainly because we didn't have enough stock when we launched, and had to produce as we received copious orders. Not optimal.
We have a clear goal for the next launch. Priority no. 1 is that no customer should have to wait more than 3 days to receive their packages. To achieve this, we have a plan:
First, we will have stock in place so it will last much longer - we have learned that lesson.
First, we will have much better control over the printing of shipping labels - something that was not a smooth process last time and took several days to get in order. Last but not least, we will have a clear structure for distribution to ensure that no customer has to wait unnecessarily.
